abstract The present invention relates to an adhesion control method for stably supplying a film having an improved adhesion capability with respect to the adhesion control of a polyimide film. A composition containing an organic solvent solution of a polyimide precursor material is casted and heated to form a prefilm, and then the prefilm is heat treated at a temperature of 500 ° C. to 630 ° C. In the method of manufacturing a polyimide film by further heat treatment, a composition containing an organic solvent solution of a polyimide precursor material is heated after casting to form a prefilm. The adhesiveness is controlled by adjusting the imidization ratio to 70% or more and the amount of residual volatiles in the prefilm to 40% by weight or less. [Selection] Figure 1
