abstract Provided is a functional material containing a useful phospholipid composition having a useful phospholipid and a functional substance as active ingredients, and effectively utilizing the synergistic function to improve physiological activity. A functional material 1 containing a useful phospholipid composition comprises a useful phospholipid composition containing omega-3 highly unsaturated fatty acid-binding phospholipid and a functional substance as active ingredients. The functional substance 3 may be encapsulated in the liposome 2 made of a useful phospholipid composition. In vivo absorption efficiency of functional substances is improved by forming liposomes in water in useful phospholipids, and simultaneously adding functional substances to form useful phospholipid liposomes containing the physiologically active components of functional substances.
