titleOfInvention Vehicle seat pad and method of manufacturing the same
abstract A seat pad is suitably provided on a seat pad in which a polyurethane foam raw material is foamed on a film layer formed of a polyurethane elastomer raw material and these are integrally molded. A vehicle seat pad having a structure in which different types of polyurethane resins are laminated. A first film layer 10 formed of a polyurethane elastomer raw material, and a mold foam 30 in which the polyurethane foam raw material is foam-molded and integrally bonded onto the formed first film layer 10. Between the coating layer 10 and the mold foam 30, a planar seating sensor S for detecting the seating of an occupant is disposed in a stacked manner. [Selection] Figure 1
