titleOfInvention Artificial marble display means and manufacturing method thereof
abstract [PROBLEMS] To realize application development and improvement in durability as various display means by using a technique of pulverizing various wastes and effectively using them as fine aggregates during the production of artificial marble. After a transparent or translucent skin layer resin is cured, an inner layer resin is laminated, and before the inner layer resin is cured, a display sheet is stacked and air bubbles are removed, and fine aggregate is formed thereon. A method for producing an artificial marble display means, wherein a hardener is mixed in a mixed material of resin, a resin material and titanium oxide powder, laminated and cured. As fine aggregates, coal ash and incineration ash powder, sludge dry pulverized powder, dry powder derived from plant fibers, and the like can be used. [Selection] Figure 1
