Fine shape molding method |
abstract |
Disclosed is a method for forming a fine shape that can ensure uniform thickness of a curable material constituting an underclad. First, a plurality of positioning portions 2a having a predetermined height are provided on a substrate 1. Next, the layer of the thermosetting material 4 is disposed on the substrate 1 so as to be thicker than the height of the positioning portion 2a. Next, the mold 5 having a fine shape on the lower surface is pressed against the thermosetting material 4 from above and brought into contact with the positioning portion 2a. In this state, the thermosetting material 4 is cured. [Selection] Figure 5 |
