titleOfInvention Wet exhaust gas desulfurization equipment
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fine bubble from being filled in an absorption tower by a simple method and to maintain a liquid level stably. SOLUTION: Absorption tower 7 for absorbing sulfur oxide contained in exhaust gas 1 in absorption liquid 5 containing limestone 3, and a plurality of spray nozzles 9 for spraying absorption liquid 5 provided in the upper space of absorption tower 7; A circulation pump 15 for supplying the absorbing liquid 5 stagnating at the bottom of the absorption tower 7 to the spray nozzle 9; an air supply means 17 for supplying air to the absorbing liquid 5 stagnating at the bottom of the absorption tower 7; Separation means 21 for separating gypsum 19 from the absorption liquid 5 drawn out from the bottom of the absorption tower 7, and the absorption liquid 5 discharged from the separation means 21 is added to the absorption liquid 5 as necessary to absorb the absorption. In the wet exhaust gas desulfurization apparatus having the absorption liquid replenishing means 26 for replenishing the inside of the tower 7, a coal ash supply means 35 for adding coal ash to the absorption liquid 5 is provided.
