abstract | [Solution] A room temperature drying paint characterized in that a modified epoxy resin containing a polysulfide-modified epoxy is dissolved in a non-aromatic solvent selected by condition α at a solid content of 60% or less, and a diluent solvent selected by condition β can be used. Resin composition. Condition α: All of the selected solvents are non-aromatic and satisfy the following (formula-1) and (formula-2). Content ratio of selected solvent in all solvents: C i (wet%) Evaporation rate of selected solvent: V i (relative rate with butyl acetate as 100) SP value of the selected solvent: SP i (Formula-1) When V = ΣC i V i 100 ≦ V ≦ 300 (Formula-2) When SP = ΣC i SP i 9.0 ≦ SP ≦ 11.0 Condition β1: Non-aromatic mixed solvent containing at least 20 wt% of cyclohexanone in the solvent. 【effect】 According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a non-aromatic room-temperature drying paint that is excellent in adhesion to a material, corrosion resistance and solvent resistance, and is well balanced.
