Separation and recovery method of polylactic acid waste |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for performing separation while separating optical purity of lactic acid recovered from polylactic acid waste for each predetermined range. SOLUTION: A polylactic acid mixed waste having two or more different polylactic acid melting points is heated to about 110 ° C. to about 200 ° C. inside a high-temperature processor 21 together with moisture, and an initial treatment of about 1 hour or more. Thereafter, while performing heat treatment at a temperature of about 110 ° C. to about 200 ° C., the reaction solution is collected at predetermined time intervals of about 10 minutes to about 24 hours, thereby separating lactic acid having a predetermined optical purity. It can be recovered. [Selection] Figure 2 |
