abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal repellent granule with greatly reduced production costs. SOLUTION: Charcoal powder and animal repellent, for example, citronella, neem, capsaicin herb plant essential oil extract are mixed in a predetermined mixing ratio, and the mixture is formed into granules. Then, the animal repellent granules 10 produced by drying below the volatilization temperature of the herbal plant essential oil extract may be used. Moreover, in the animal repellent granule 10 of the present invention, the animal repellent effect is synergistic when mixed with a pigment having a color that has a repellent effect on a specific animal such as a red sea bream.
