abstract |
A rare earth magnet capable of improving corrosion resistance is provided. SOLUTION: A protective film 20 has a protective film 20A having a crystal structure α (for example, a polycrystalline structure) and a protective film having a crystal structure β (for example, a columnar crystalline structure) in order from the side closer to the magnet body 10. It is a three-layer film including 20B and a protective film 20C having a crystal structure α. Each of the protective films 20 has a different crystal structure between the adjacent protective films 20A and 20B and also has a different crystal structure between the adjacent protective films 20B and 20C. Denseness is improved in the meantime. Thereby, since generation | occurrence | production of a pinhole is suppressed, corrosion of the protective film 20 is suppressed. [Selection] Figure 2 |
