The present invention provides a novel amine compound having an effect on diseases such as HIV virus infection, rheumatism or cancer metastasis. A compound represented by the following general formula (1) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. [Chemical 1] A 1 and A 2 each independently represent an optionally substituted imidazole group, and at least one of them represents N- (carboxylmethyl) imidazole or N- (ethoxycarbonylmethyl) imidazole. W represents an optionally substituted benzene ring. X represents CH 2 . D represents a group represented by the following formula (6). [Chemical 9] In formula (6) Q is CH 2 , NR 12 R 12 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group. Y represents a group represented by the following formula (7). Embedded image In formula (7) m 3 represents an integer of 0-6. R 18 and R 19 represent a hydrogen atom. B represents a group represented by the following formula (8). Embedded image In formula (8) R 25 and R 26 represent an optionally substituted alkyl group having 1 to 15 carbon atoms. [Selection figure] None |
