abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a dry composite semipermeable membrane having high resistance to an alkaline cleaning solution and little change in permeation flux and salt rejection before and after membrane cleaning. Moreover, the dry composite semipermeable membrane obtained by this manufacturing method is provided. SOLUTION: A step of forming an undried skin layer containing a polyamide-based resin obtained by reacting a polyfunctional amine component and a polyfunctional acid halide component on the surface of a porous support; A method for producing a dry composite semipermeable membrane, comprising: a contact treatment step for contacting with an aqueous solution to be contained; and a step of drying an undried skin layer after the contact treatment step.
