PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display driving device (liquid crystal driver, liquid crystal driving semiconductor integrated circuit) capable of suppressing generation of EMI by reducing a peak current. Receiving display image data, image signals to be applied to signal lines (SL1 to SL720) of a color liquid crystal panel (100) are generated, and drive signals for pixels of the same color in one line are collectively output. In the liquid crystal display control drive device (200), image signals of pixels of the same color are divided into a plurality of groups. In a period in which the substantial frame period can be reduced, the period of the line clock having a period corresponding to one horizontal period is extended, and the output timing of the image signal is slightly shifted for each group.
