titleOfInvention | Cleaning device and image forming apparatus |
abstract | The present invention relates to a cleaning device for removing residual toner, which is employed in an electrophotographic system such as a copying machine, a facsimile machine, a printer, etc., and the cleaning property of the residual toner is maintained well over a long period of time. Provided is a small and low-cost cleaning device that can be removed as firmly as possible. A plate-like member 75 having a surface 75a located on the image carrier 10 side in contact with the surface 110 in a state where the tip is lifted from the surface 110 of the image carrier 10, and a plate-like member 75 of the image carrier 10 is provided. And an applied portion 712 to which a bias having a predetermined polarity for electrostatically attracting residual toner remaining on the surface 110 on the downstream side of the image carrier circulating movement direction is applied. And a cleaning unit 71 that electrostatically attracts the applied portion 712. [Selection] Figure 1 |
