abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate material capable of on-press development, excellent in printing durability and scratch resistance, and excellent in on-press developability. In a printing plate material having a heat-sensitive image forming layer that can be developed on-press on a substrate having a hydrophilic surface, the heat-sensitive image forming layer comprises (A) a water-insoluble blocked isocyanate compound and (B) a water-soluble material.
