abstract |
An RNA aptamer that specifically inhibits a termination factor of Escherichia coli is provided. An RNA aptamer having an inhibitory activity against an E. coli-derived termination factor (RF1). PCR amplification is performed using a part of the T-7 promoter sequence and a random sequence as a template. Next, using the amplified DNA pool as a template, an RNA library is prepared using T-7 RNA polymerase. Next, a binding selection test with recombinant E. coli RF1 is performed to select the RNA aptamer. [Selection] Figure 1 |
