abstract 【Task】 When a polyimide resin is used, there has been a problem that the polyamic acid, which is a precursor before curing, corrodes the copper used in the wiring, resulting in migration. Further, the polyimide resin had a high curing temperature of about 350 ° C., and excessive copper was oxidized during the curing reaction. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a photosensitive resin composition excellent in moisture crack resistance and water absorption. [Solution] (A) A cyclic olefin resin having an acidic group, (B) a photoacid generator, and (C) a compound having a reactive group capable of binding to the acidic group of (A) at a temperature of 130 ° C. or higher. And (C) using at least a compound having two or more epoxy groups in one molecule and a compound having two or more oxetane groups in one molecule. A photosensitive resin composition.
