abstract | 【Task】 When a polyimide resin is used, there has been a problem that the polyamic acid, which is a precursor before curing, corrodes the copper used in the wiring, resulting in migration. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a photosensitive resin composition excellent in moisture crack resistance and water absorption.
