abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical infrared spectrometer capable of efficiently and simultaneously measuring a plurality of samples under the same conditions. A total reflection measuring prism, a working electrode made of a metal thin film in close contact with the bottom surface of the prism, and an electrolyte supplied to a surface opposite to the surface in close contact with the prism bottom surface, A counter electrode that forms a pair with the working electrode, a reference electrode for regulating the potential of the working electrode, and infrared light is condensed from the inside of the prism to the interface between the prism and the working electrode, and is totally reflected at the interface. An electrochemical surface-enhanced infrared absorption spectroscopic device comprising an optical system for detecting the intensity by guiding infrared light to a detector, wherein a plurality of the working electrodes are provided for one prism.
