titleOfInvention | Surface treatment agent for zinc or zinc alloy products |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface treating agent capable of forming a film having excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion at low cost on the surface of zinc or zinc alloy product. The surface treatment agent for zinc or zinc alloy product of the present invention comprises a water-soluble compound containing antimony, a reducing agent for precipitating antimony element from the antimony compound, and a coating of the deposited antimony element on the surface of the zinc alloy product. It contains a dense film-forming agent that is densely formed. Preferably, it further contains a film reinforcing agent, more preferably a coloring improver, and further a surfactant. A zinc or zinc alloy product immersed in an aqueous solution containing these surface treatment agents is immersed in an aqueous solution containing a sealing agent selected according to the color tone of the zinc or zinc alloy product to produce a pinhole. It is preferable to seal. [Selection figure] None |
