titleOfInvention Method for producing self-compacting concrete
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing self-compacting concrete capable of producing high-quality self-compacting concrete in a short time with simple equipment. A granular mortar containing at least a fine aggregate, a powdery binding material, and water and having a powdery binding material attached to the surface of each particle of the fine aggregate is generated. Self-filled concrete is produced by adding mortar to ordinary concrete and kneading the ordinary concrete and the granular mortar. In the present invention, a fine aggregate having a particle size larger than that of the powdery binder contained in the granular mortar is used as a core, and the powdery binder is uniformly attached around the fine aggregate. As a result, the fine aggregate and the powdery binding material adhering to the fine aggregate are sufficiently dispersed in the ordinary concrete in a short time, so that high-quality self-compacting concrete can be obtained with a simple kneading device. It can be manufactured in a single hour, reducing costs. [Selection] Figure 1
