titleOfInvention | Ink jet recording sheet and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording sheet having a concave and convex pattern formed on an ink receiving layer and excellent in ink drying property and a method for producing the same. An ink jet recording sheet 10 of the present invention has an ink receiving layer 12 formed on both sides or one side of a support 11 and is subjected to double side embossing. The method for producing an ink jet recording sheet of the present invention comprises an ink receiving layer forming step of forming an ink jet recording sheet laminate by providing an ink receiving layer 12 on both or one side of a support 11, and the ink jet recording sheet laminate. And a double-sided embossing step of sandwiching between a pair of male and female embossing rolls each having an intermeshing concavity and convexity formed on the peripheral surface.
