titleOfInvention | Transdermal extraction device and iontophoresis system |
abstract | The present invention provides a transdermal extraction device with improved extraction speed and extraction efficiency of in-vivo components. In a percutaneous extraction device provided with an extraction-side electrode structure, a negative ion in a body component storage part is blocked by a cation exchange membrane and is applied to an electrode. A larger part of the current amount contributes to the transfer of positive ions from the living body to the in-vivo component accommodating portion 14a. The anion exchange membrane 13b blocks or restricts the passage of positive ions, while allowing the passage of negative ions. Accordingly, the inflow amount of positive ions from the living body to the in-vivo component accommodating portion 14a is increased, and the inflow amount of neutral molecules and negative ions in the living body to the in-vivo component accommodating portion 14a is also increased by the migration flow of the positive ions. As a result, it is possible to extract various in-vivo components composed of positive ions, neutral molecules and negative ions in the living body at high speed or efficiency. [Selection] Figure 2 |
