titleOfInvention | (Pb, B) copper oxide high temperature superconductor and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel Pb-based copper oxide superconductor comprising a blocking unit containing B and a method for producing the same. (Pb, M) All of the M sites of the blocking unit 2 have a (Pb, B) (1201) structure occupied by B (3+), BO 3 3− , or both. Then, a part of the Pb raw material is replaced with the B raw material so that the composition ratio becomes Pb 0.5 B 0.5, and the mixture is mixed and fired to produce a (Pb, B) -based copper oxide high-temperature superconductor. The (Pb, B) -based copper oxide high-temperature superconductor has a composition formula: (Pb 0.5 B 0.5 ) (Sr 0.5 La 0.5 ) 2 CuO z , z = 5 + δ (where δ is a small amount less than 1), or Composition formula: (Pb 0.5 B 0.5 ) (Sr 1−x Ba x ) 2 (Y 1−y Ca y ) Cu 2 O z , 0 <x <1, 0 <y <1, z = 7 + δ (where δ Is a small amount less than 1), It is represented by [Selection] Figure 2 |
