abstract | A product code recorded on the surface of a POF cable is prevented from easily disappearing due to friction or the like. SOFs 10 and 11 are passed through an extruder 23. The tensile strength fibers 13 and 14 are introduced into the extrusion molding machine 23, and the tensile strength fibers 13 and 14 are arranged on the peripheral surfaces of the POF cords 10 and 11. Next, a 2nd coating layer is formed by extrusion molding. The POF cable 12 formed by forming the tensile strength fibers 13 and 14 and the second coating layer on the POF cords 10 and 11 is immersed in water in the first and second cooling tanks 25 and 26 and gradually cooled. Plasma 31 is generated by the surface treatment device 27 on the POF cable 12 exiting the first cooling tank 25. Fine irregularities are formed on the surface of the second coating layer of the POF cable 12 by the plasma 31. A product code is printed by the inkjet printer 28 on the surface of the POF cable 12 on which fine irregularities are formed. [Selection] Figure 2 |
