The photosensitive composition for hologram recording of the present invention is characterized by comprising a compound having a functional group having an active proton, a photocationically polymerizable compound, and a photopolymerization initiator. The photosensitive composition for hologram recording of the present invention is characterized by excellent refractive index modulation, excellent compatibility, and high photopolymerization reactivity. In the hologram recording photosensitive composition of the present invention, the functional group having an active proton may be a hydroxyl group or a phenolic hydroxyl group.
