abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively manufacture a block-shaped shaped article having a stable quality without being affected by the skill of an operator according to a manual in a factory. In addition, the block shaped objects manufactured in the factory need only be transported to the site and fixed, thereby simplifying, speeding up, and reducing the cost of constructing this type of shaped object. A mold 2 for forming a block-shaped shaped article 1 is formed. The mold 2 is divided into a plurality of parts, and the mortar 3 is applied to the inner surface of each mold 2. A reinforcing material is entangled with the mortar 3 and provided inside each mold 2. Next, each mold 2 is joined to restore the mold 2, and the foamed resin material 4 is injected and filled into the mold 2.
