Artificial protein complex and use thereof |
abstract |
The present invention provides an artificial protein complex that can be immobilized by controlling orientation with respect to a solid phase carrier. An artificial protein complex is formed by combining two polypeptides each having an α-helix portion and an N-terminal peptide chain and / or a C-terminal peptide chain adjacent to the α-helix portion at each α-helix portion. A cyclic structure in which the combined dimers are arranged in a ring, and a tag portion capable of exerting a covalent or non-covalent interaction is preferentially provided on one end side of the circular structure. Configure as follows. [Selection] Figure 1 |
