A composite hydrogen storage material obtained by mechanically pulverizing and mixing NH 3 BH 3 and a metal hydride. Moreover, the hydrogen production | generation storage apparatuses 10 and 20 provided with the composite hydrogen storage material 12 which concerns on this invention, and the containers 14 and 24 which accommodate a composite hydrogen storage material.
