titleOfInvention Hydrophobized solid-liquid separation agent for dirty water treatment
abstract [PROBLEMS] To conserve the environment in consideration of the water circulation environment on a global scale. With the intensive population increase and the sophistication of industrial activities, the amount of water used has increased rapidly, causing pollution of rivers, lakes, harbors, and seabeds, which has become a major social issue. Provided is a hydrophobized solid-liquid separation agent that separates solids and water from polluted water by combining waste gypsum powder, which is industrial waste, with an ionic dehydrating agent and powdered aluminum sulfate. SOLUTION: Hydrophobic separating agent for treating polluted water is uniformly composed of 100 parts by weight of gypsum or gypsum board powder, 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of ionic dehydrating agent and 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of powdered aluminum sulfate. A hydrophobized solid-liquid separation agent characterized by being mixed and blended in powder form, and can be easily hydrophobized, agglomerated, dehydrated and solid-liquid separated.
