titleOfInvention | Nucleic acid separation and purification method |
abstract | A nucleic acid in a solution containing a nucleic acid prepared from animal tissue, animal tissue containing hard protein or a component derived from animal tissue is adsorbed on a solid phase surface, washed, etc., and desorbed using a recovered solution. A method for separating and purifying a nucleic acid to obtain a nucleic acid rapidly, with a high yield and with a high purity. In a method for separating and purifying nucleic acid, the method comprises the steps of adsorbing a nucleic acid to a solid phase and then desorbing the sample solution containing the nucleic acid, a solution for adsorbing the nucleic acid to the solid phase, and a recovery solution. When the tissue containing animal protein and hard protein is subjected to acid and alkali treatment, and the bone or other tissue containing hard protein is used as a sample solution containing, it is also possible to perform hot water treatment. A method for separating and purifying nucleic acid using a sample solution obtained by adding a lysate and using a solid phase comprising an organic polymer having a polysaccharide structure as the solid phase.
