[PROBLEMS] Generating a mutant aspartokinase with reduced concerted feedback inhibition activity by L-lysine and L-threonine by gene recombination, enabling mass synthesis of L-lysine or ε-poly-L-lysine To do. The amino acid sequence of aspartokinase in Streptomyces or Corynebacterium encodes a mutant aspartokinase consisting of an amino acid sequence in which the 68th methionine residue is mutated to another amino acid residue. An expression vector is prepared and introduced into an ε-poly-L-lysine producing bacterium for expression. [Selection] Figure 5 |
