Provided is a genetic test apparatus capable of rapidly detecting an amplification product by appropriately changing a primer for DNA amplification mounted on a microreactor for genetic testing and a probe that hybridizes with DNA of the amplification product. The amplification method is an improvement to increase the detection sensitivity of the ICAN method. The amplicon on the sense side (detection side) uses a non-chimeric primer so that nicks do not enter, and the other primer is a chimera. By adopting the structure, a template for amplification on the sense side can be produced. Furthermore, the amplification product can be efficiently detected by the probe by immobilizing the sense-side primer to the detection unit in advance. In the microreactor and the genetic test apparatus, the amplicon of the sense strand in the DNA double strand is immobilized, so that detection on the spot becomes easy. [Selection figure] None |
