abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery having deformability and high sealing performance and a portable information device equipped with the same. A non-aqueous electrolyte battery according to the present invention includes a power generation element having a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a non-aqueous electrolyte, and a laminate having a pair of inner resin layers that house the power generation element and are thermally bonded to each other at the periphery. A non-aqueous electrolyte battery comprising: an exterior material; and a rod-shaped shape memory resin sandwiched between inner resin layers and formed in a longitudinal direction of a peripheral portion.
