titleOfInvention | Photothermographic material |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photothermographic material having a preferable image color tone and giving a high sharpness image. A photothermographic material having an image forming layer containing at least an organic silver salt, a photosensitive silver halide and a reducing agent, and at least one non-photosensitive layer on at least one surface of a support. And at least two dyes, wherein the two kinds of dyes have the following relationship. 1) The two dyes have a spectral absorption maximum (referred to as spectral absorption maximum a) within ± 20 nm of the maximum wavelength of light used for image exposure. 2)) Each of the two dyes has a different spectral absorption maximum in the visible range (this is referred to as a spectral absorption maximum b). 3) The ratio of spectral absorption maximum (a / b) in each of the two dyes is different from each other.
