titleOfInvention | Photothermographic material |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photothermographic material capable of obtaining an image having a high sensitivity and a high sharpness and a blue tone suitable for image observation. A photothermographic material which is exposed to a laser beam having a wavelength range of 640 nm to 790 nm, and includes 1) a non-decolorable irradiation preventing dye having a half width of 150 nm or less in the layer on the image forming layer side. 2) The back surface layer opposite to the image forming layer surface with respect to the support contains a non-decolored antihalation dye having a half width of 150 nm or less, and 3) on the image forming layer surface side at the exposure wavelength. A photothermographic material having an absorption density (D (EM)) and an absorption density on the back surface side (D (BC)) satisfying the following relationship. D (EM) / D (BC) = 0.2-1.5 Formula (1) D (EM) + D (BC) = 0.3-0.8 Formula (2) [Selection figure] None |
