PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mild high color development property with excellent stability and mechanical characteristics of a yarn production process, a soft and good texture, a pearly milky feeling, and an excellent anti-penetration property and UV cut effect. With respect to satisfactory polyester ultrafine fibers, a high-quality stretch fabric is provided in which defects such as fuzz and warp are not generated in a knitted fabric through processed fibers, crimped yarns, and elastic fibers such as polyurethane. SOLUTION: 0.1-6 mol% of 5-sulfoisophthalic acid metal salt and 0.1-5 wt% of polyethylene glycol having a weight average molecular weight of 200-6000 are copolymerized and do not contain antimony or are converted into atoms. The content is 30 ppm or less, and is formed of a polyester containing 1 to 2% by weight of titanium oxide particles, and is a multi-yarn having a single yarn fineness of 1.1 dtex or less, and a color tone L value of 90 to 95, A cationic dyeable polyester ultrafine fiber having a residual elongation of 36 to 50%.
