Providing an inorganic coating composition, a hydrophilic coating film and an agricultural film capable of forming a coating film having an excellent effect. An aggregated particle in a dispersion medium has an average aspect ratio of 3 to 20, an average particle diameter in a major axis direction of 100 to 500 nm, and an average particle diameter in a minor axis direction of 2 to 100 nm. An inorganic coating composition containing the alumina particles, silica alumina composite particles having an average particle diameter of 150 nm or less in the dispersion medium, and water, and having a solid content concentration of 0.1 to 30% by mass.
