titleOfInvention | Serum cholesterol lowering agent and method for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides a serum cholesterol lowering agent capable of avoiding side effects of a pharmaceutical agent and a method for producing the same. A serum cholesterol lowering agent comprising whole eggplant powder as an active ingredient is prepared. The whole egg of the washed suppon is finely pulverized, and the resulting egg liquid is freeze-dried to form a powder. The whole eggs are crushed into fine shells by rubbing them with a diamond grindstone. Next, the finely crushed shell and egg liquid are passed through an 80-mesh sieve, and the obtained egg liquid is transferred to a freeze dryer and dehydrated. By passing through an 80-mesh sieve, in particular, it helps ingesting the crushed egg shell and makes it possible to use it in a capsule. In a lyophilizer, it is frozen at −80 ° C. for 72 hours and dried at 60 ° C. and 8 Pa. [Selection figure] None |
