titleOfInvention | Composite polyimide tube and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | The present invention provides a composite polyimide tube having high adhesiveness by heat fusion with a polyamide-based resin or the like, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: Polymerization of an aromatic dianhydride and an aromatic diamine in a polar solvent allows heat fusion with a polyimide precursor solution (X) to be a tube base layer at a glass transition temperature of 350 ° C. or lower. The polyimide precursor (Y) is prepared, for example, the polyimide precursor solution (X) is applied to the outer surface of the core wire to a predetermined thickness, and the precursor solution (X) is processed until at least the strength as a tube can be maintained. Further, a polyimide precursor solution (Y) is applied to the outer surface, and after heating and drying to convert to imide, the core wire is taken out. [Selection] Figure 1 |
