abstract |
A high quality okara manufacturing method, an apparatus thereof, and a high quality okara product are provided. SOLUTION: Okara added with at least 20% by mass of water is continuously sprayed into a heating chamber of a semi-enclosed space heated to 100 ° C. or higher with hot water and / or steam heated to 100 ° C. or higher.
