titleOfInvention | Photosensitive film and method for producing the same, and permanent pattern and method for forming the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a photosensitive film in which a photosensitive layer having a stable surface shape and a small amount of residual film is formed when a photosensitive composition coating solution is applied onto a support. To provide a photosensitive film that is suitably used for the production of plates, high-density multilayer boards, semiconductor packages, and the like. Provided is a photosensitive film obtained by laminating a photosensitive layer made of this photosensitive film on a support to obtain a cured film having excellent heat resistance, moisture and heat resistance, adhesion, mechanical properties, and electrical insulation. Furthermore, to provide a permanent pattern optimal for the blue-violet laser direct exposure method. A binder, a polymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, a thermal crosslinking agent, and a thermosetting accelerator are stored at 30 ° C. for 24 hours as compared to the liquid viscosity (mPa · s) just after preparation. A method for producing a photosensitive film, comprising forming a photosensitive layer by applying a coating solution having a subsequent increase in liquid viscosity (mPa · s) of 50% or less on a support.
