abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a sample reaction device and a target molecule detection device for efficiently reacting and detecting a target molecule binding element immobilized on a solid surface and a target molecule in a sample. SOLUTION: A undulation generating means 14 is arranged in contact with a target molecule binding element fixing portion 3 to which a target molecule binding element 2 is fixed, and the surface of the target molecule binding element fixing portion 3 is undulated by the undulation generating means 14. The target molecule 5 in the specimen 6 and the target molecule binding element 2 are reacted efficiently, and the target molecule 5 bound to the surface of the target molecule binding element fixing portion 3 is detected.
