titleOfInvention Plastic solubilization method and organic phosphor
abstract [Objective] The present invention improves the chemical recycling technology that limits the use of recycling in the technical field where waste plastic is converted into thermal decomposition products by chemical recycling technology, and the value of using waste plastic resources by chemical recycling technology. An object of the present invention is to provide a plastic solubilization method and an organic phosphor that can contribute to the improvement of use and the expansion of applications as a thermal decomposition product. SOLUTION: The organic phosphor conversion of the present invention is performed by impregnating pure water with a plastic containing a hydrocarbon-based polymer, a non-carbonized polymer and an ester-based polymer, or a plastic containing a plastic phenol compound. And a means for thermally decomposing at a predetermined heating rate under a pressure of 30 MPa, cooling the oil vapor generated by the pyrolysis and dissolving the produced liquid product in tetrohydrafuran, The organic liquid product obtained by filtration emits light when irradiated with ultraviolet rays.
