titleOfInvention | Vehicle seat to which resin molded product is attached and its production method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat to which a resin molded product is attached capable of preventing the end of a seat cover around the resin molded product attachment part from protruding from the peripheral part of the resin molded product, and a production method thereof. SOLUTION: A vehicle seat in which a resin molded product 2 is installed on a part of a sheet in which a urethane pad 10 is covered with a skin cover 11, and the rear surface of a slit peripheral portion to which the resin molded product 2 of the skin cover 11 is attached. A reinforcing cloth 12 and a hot melt film 13 are sequentially laminated on the side, and the hot melt film 13 heated and melted impregnates the skin cover 11 through the reinforcing cloth 12, whereby the skin cover 11 or the reinforcing cloth in the slit peripheral portion. 12 was bonded and integrated with the urethane pad 10. Moreover, the finishing steam was sprayed around the resin molded product 2 to heat and melt the hot melt film 13. [Selection] Figure 1 |
