abstract In a grounding wire applied to a wire harness for a vehicle, a bare wire conductor is stopped with simple equipment. A metal mold 5 is attached so as to surround a bare wire conductor 1a of a grounding wire 1, and urethane foam is injected into the metal mold 5. Urethane foam is foamed in the mold 5 to mold a molded product, and the molded product is taken out from the mold 5. Here, the product of the natural foaming rate of urethane foam and the injection amount is set to exceed the cavity volume of the mold 5. As a result, foamed urethane foams in the mold 5 to generate an internal pressure, and the foamed urethane penetrates into the details of the bare wire conductor 1a of the ground wire 1.
