abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a toner having excellent storage stability, which does not cause bad odor and does not deteriorate the surrounding environment when printing is performed, and durability when a durable printing is performed under high temperature and high humidity. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a polymerized toner that is excellent in the above. Polymerization comprising colored polymer particles obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer composition containing a polymerizable monomer and a colorant in an aqueous dispersion medium in the presence of a polymerization initiator. In the method for producing a toner, the polymerization initiator uses an organic peroxide having a molecular weight of 205 or less and a purity of 90% or more. [Selection figure] None |
