titleOfInvention Light immobilization method and structure
abstract An immobilization method for immobilizing a micro object with a predetermined orientation on a solid phase is provided. In a method of immobilizing a micro object 10 on a solid phase 4, a photoresponsive component that causes a change in molecular structure or molecular arrangement by light, and the micro object on the solid phase with a predetermined orientation. Light irradiation is performed on a micro object 10 existing on or near the surface of the solid phase 4 having one or more kinds of immobilizable interaction components, and the micro object has a predetermined orientation on the surface. A light immobilization step for immobilization. [Selection] Figure 1
