REACTION CARTRIDGE, REACTOR, AND METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING REACTION CARTRIDGE |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the volume of a substrate in a conventional reaction cartridge because a biochemical reaction is caused by using a solution accommodated in a plurality of sealed accommodating portions. Since the liquid is moved between the sealed accommodating portions, a complicated configuration is required for the movement of the liquid. A liquid reservoir communicating with a flow path to a reaction chamber is provided upstream of a reaction chamber on a substrate, a liquid moving means for moving the liquid from the liquid reservoir to the reaction chamber, and a liquid for supplying the liquid to the liquid reservoir Supply means were provided. Even if there are many kinds of solutions used for reaction and processing in the substrate, and the volume of each solution is large, the volume of the substrate can be kept small. Further, it is not necessary to provide a means for moving the liquid or a valve means for preventing undesired movement of the solution in the substrate, and the substrate can be manufactured at low cost.
