titleOfInvention Endoscope flexible tube
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible tube for an endoscope including an outer skin having a stable layer structure. An outer skin layer (30) covering the surface of a flexible tube (20) includes a first resin layer (32) in contact with a mesh member (26) and a second resin layer (34). A barrier layer 36 is provided between the first resin layer 32 and the second resin layer 34 to prevent water vapor from entering the outer skin layer 30. An adhesive layer 38 is provided between the barrier layer 36 and the second resin layer 34 to firmly bond the barrier layer 36 and the second resin layer 34 together. By providing the adhesive layer 38, even when an inorganic material having a low affinity with the resin is used for the barrier layer 36, the bond between the second resin layer 34 and the barrier layer 36 is firmly maintained. It is possible to prevent gaps between the layers and the second resin layer 34 from peeling off. [Selection] Figure 2
