titleOfInvention Conversion device, radiation detection device, and radiation detection system
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in parasitic capacitance and occurrence of leakage at an intersection between a signal wiring and a bias wiring in a conversion device having a stacked FPD. A conversion device according to the present invention includes a switching element region in which a plurality of switching elements formed on an insulating substrate are arranged in a matrix direction, and a plurality of conversion elements formed in the switching element region in a matrix direction. A plurality of pixel lines each including a plurality of pixels each including a switching element and a conversion element disposed on and connected to the switching element, and a plurality of signal wirings each including the second metal layer. Are connected to a plurality of switching elements in the column direction, a plurality of bias lines made of the fourth metal layer are connected to a plurality of conversion elements, and an external signal line is formed outside the pixel region by the fourth metal layer to be a signal. The external bias wiring is formed outside the pixel region by the first metal layer and connected to a plurality of bias wirings, and the external signal wiring and the external bias wiring cross each other.
